Greg Warnecke (Chair, Independent)
Greg’s event experience includes senior executive and operational roles with multiple World Championships, Commonwealth Games, Paralympic Youth Games and the largest multi-sport event, the World Masters Games. Greg has always been immersed in sport as an athlete, a coach, team manager and administrator at a national and international level; with a genuine passion for all sports.
Kaitlyn Banchero (Street League Skateboarding UK General Manager)
Kaitlyn has spent her career in sports operations, management, and media. She has worked with Street League Skateboarding since it was founded a decade ago and currently is the General Manager of the organisation. She began her career with IMG in the Action Sports group where she developed strong expertise in sports/event marketing, sponsorship, and operations.
Jasmine Robinson (Street League Skateboarding Board Member)
Jasmine is an experienced sports management and finance executive supporting Street League Skateboarding and a range of other sports-related organisations in her role as a Director at Causeway Media Partners. Prior to Causeway, Jasmine held roles with the San Francisco 49ers and Bain & Company.
A Board of Directors has been established with overall strategic management, financial and compliance responsibility for the successful operation of SLS UK Ltd, including oversight of the successful planning and delivery of the World Skate/Street League Skateboarding (WS/SLS) World Championship in London, May 2020.

The role of the Board includes to:
• Be champions for delivering a successful WS/SLS World Championship London 2020;
• Act as ambassadors for the vision and strategy;
• Be a catalyst of high-quality strategic and innovative thinking;
• Make critical decisions on strategy, finance, and operations management;
• Monitor performance, including that of the senior management team;
• Govern by taking responsibility for the development of the event and ensure that the business operates in a compliant and ethical way;
• Grow the profile of street skateboarding in the UK and beyond and help continue to build a strong street skateboarding ecosystem.
COMMITMENT TO DIVERSITY:
The current Board gender representation meets the UK Sport Code of Governance target of a minimum of 30% of each gender. SLS UK has adopted this target and is strongly committed to maintaining its adherence to this target and working towards greater gender parity and improved general diversity.
